Before proceeding with any transaction, users are advised to independently verify the property’s registration details, the developer’s credibility, and compliance with applicable RERA requirements.
• The platform disclaims any liability arising from the listing or transaction of properties that may violate RERA or other real estate laws. Dream Dwell Estates does not conduct background verification of properties or their compliance status and assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies in the listings.
• Users must be aware that under Section 3 of the RERA Act, developers are required to register their real estate projects with the respective state RERA authority if they exceed the prescribed area limit or involve selling plots, apartments, or buildings. Ensuring compliance is essential for buyers and sellers engaging on the platform.
• Dream Dwell Estates does not hold any direct or indirect commercial relationship with property owners, brokers, or third-party agents listing properties on the platform. All transactions, agreements, or legal obligations are solely between the parties involved.

• By engaging with the platform, users agree that Dream Dwell Estates is not liable for any disputes, legal actions, or losses arising from non-compliance with real estate laws, including but not limited to RERA, and accept that the platform solely provides a medium for property-related interactions without assuming any regulatory obligations.
